All the examplse on that page are intended to be part of one of two files - all of them together.
Is the php file called
http://ContactPage.ss ? It should be
ContactPage.php ? And also delete Line 17 onwards from the first file: remove the whole
class ContactPageController extends PageController section
… and here’s the controller…
Know the code looks a bit odd, but, as I say , it’s cut and paste… renders on page but no FormAction working…

Paste a gist of what you currently have maybe @marvin as there could be numerous reasons for it not working

Hi @nightjarnz — the basic code (without the breakdowns or verification). Only additions I made were the opening <php? And namespacing (ContactPage.php only — put it on both pages and it dies a horrible death...)
How much of the code in that tutorial did you copy and paste verbatim @marvin ?
Does the method exist? Is your form allowed?
