I'm confused sorry. Is this a CWP project? If so I'm not sure why you'd want to do that...
Yes. I’m attempting to get UAT-like behaviour in a custom environment. SSL, open /Security/lostpassword, etc.
@halles do you mean you've used the CWP recipe to create a project for a customer?
Hm, that seems to solve all the things.
It’s actually a CWP project running on Heroku
the CWP does something similar: https://www.cwp.govt.nz/developer-docs/en/2/how_tos/redirections/#htaccess-2
I’ve already added the protocol to the vary array which allowed me to see the site at least.
see if you can have some luck logging the output of the request headers, and reading them to see if there's some info there you can use.
@halles you can try checking a different header - usually when this happens there's a header added to the request such as X-HTTP-PROTO or something like that.
Hola everyone. I’m hitting a wall using Heroku for a deployment. I’m new to Heroku as well, so i might be trying to solve the problem at the wrong end. Heroku’s SSL termination happens before running the application and apparently the request that it gets from Heroku is always non-HTTPS. I’m having problems finding configuration where to force the usage of HTTPS as the protocol the app is using without it having question what protocol is the request coming through from. Anyone come across this before?
