I see API change as a public method requiring different parameters or returning something new or a public method being removed
and a minor (4.1 => 4.2) may also introduce new features
The one that uses a picture of a conductor and not a composer... LOL

Well it depends on what you mean by "API Change". If a minor version adds a new feature with the addition of a new public method, that's a new thing to use, it's a change in the API.
that is how I remember it 😉
4.0.0 => 5.0.0 => API change
4.0.0 => 4.1.0 ... enhancement
4.0.0 => 4.0.1 ... bugfix
But that's a different question
