If you especially want to use a group for some reason, you could create a new group called
Frontend User and uncheck all permissions, then assign all your contact page users to that....but there is not much point in doing that, leaving them all with no groups set will have the exact same effect
None, it is an optional field, so you can leave it empty (meaning the user will have no CMS access)
or adding a user ? what would be the value for group field ?

Nope, just means they have to be logged in to the website, if they navigate to
/admin it will say:
> Sorry, you don't have permission to view this area of the CMS, please login as someone else
