if restarting apache doesn’t work, it would be really, really helpful to see what the logs have to say about the 500.

after all - without the logs, we’re just throwing crap at the wall to see what sticks

Did you run composer on your dev machine with a different version of PHP installed?

  1. HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
  2. Date: Mon, 02 Dec 2019 21:27:03 GMT
  3. Server: Apache
  4. Last-Modified: Thu, 26 Oct 2017 11:49:06 GMT
  5. Accept-Ranges: bytes
  6. Vary: Accept-Encoding
  7. Content-Encoding: gzip
  8. Content-Length: 3088
  9. Connection: close
  10. Content-Type: text/html
