Does DBDatetime have any support/options for fractional parts of a second e.g. DATETIME(3) as per - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/fractional-seconds.html

The only way I could think of supporting that would be to maybe use an integer column and store mktime() style timestamps

An Open Banking application, this is for storing transaction times

I know Postgres supports fractionals... not sure about SQL Server / SQLite.. if support were added to the core ORM, then it would need to handle those cases gracefully
