You could probably end up with a lot of funky side-effects defining a list of modules named from a to z 😂
It can't identify what a param should be because "$scope" had been renamed to "t" by the minifier. So the array-string-callback syntax counters the minifier obfuscation and allows AngularJS to run as "normal"
