It can't identify what a param should be because "$scope" had been renamed to "t" by the minifier. So the array-string-callback syntax counters the minifier obfuscation and allows AngularJS to run as "normal"

module.exports.devtool = '#source-map' that looks weird, does it need the #, I've normally never needed that prefix and for production build, I would advise against using UglifyJsPlugin, from what I remember it overrides the -p switch
