Hi all... just a question. For my local development, i’ve been using mamp for about 12 years now. Never had any issues, but i’m still supporting older SS versions (yes, even SS 2.4)... so if i want to upgrade mamp, i have to keep a copy of my old one to be able to maintain those older sites locally. So it comes down to running to versions of mamp alongside. It can be done, but maybe there are simpler ways to develop and maintain locally. I would like to hear about the workflow you guys are using. Thanx..

Hi all, I ’ve just taken a look at SS4.5. I really like the new “link to achor on a page” function in the htmeditor. I was wondering if this can be done on a dataobject where i want to assign a link to a button. Thusfar i’ve been using a treedropdownfield, but no way to link to an anchor on the selected page. Has someone done this already? Much aprreciated!

Hi all. I’m having an issue with colymba’s gridfield bulkuploader (https://github.com/colymba/GridFieldBulkEditingTools/issues/150) . Files added “from files” are not saved to the grid. According to the repo, it’s resolved, but i’m still having this issue (SS4.4.4 and v3.0 ) and it seems that the module isn’t being maintained actively. Is there anyone who has a workaround? Or can i do this with anothter module or so?

I'm unsure as to how long this issue has existed however I just noticed that "Add from files" doesn't appear to actually add to a $has_many. BulkUpload allows you to select the fi...

i can’t filter the date... it needs something like .... .filter(‘color’, ‘red’)

guy_van_bael

Can i do something like... <% loop $Children %> <% loop $hasmanyrelation.filter(startdate > now) %> <% end_loop %> <% end_loop %>

@wmk @Firesphere that fixes the issue with not having to log out of the cms to view the changes, but in asset-admin you still see the original filename. That’s confusing for content authors, because they thing nothing has changed.... Even if the search for the newly uploaded document, it is not found which makes it even more confusing

wmk

caching issue? Do you see the new filename when you reload the page? Sounds like a bug to me

guy_van_bael

no, it’s still the original filename, but it shows the content of the new file...

wmk

Cache... can you please create an issue?

guy_van_bael

ok. but if it’s cache, it should update when i ?flush right?

guy_van_bael

@wmk i was in doubt if i should raise the issue in asset-admin or assets?

wmk

good question. I guess asset-admin is the right one, as it might be a UI-caching problem / graphql caching problem.

wmk

They will move it to the right module if needed, so don't worry
