At the moment it seems to become invalid (refuse to allow a form to be submitted) after about 10 mins
is it possible to extend how long a
SecurityToken is valid for?
Hmm, I have to ensure the 0 is a string, otherwise something converts it to null...
Is a DB Field of type
Varchar supposed to be set to null if you set it's value to "0"?
Oh god, SELinux 😕
is it only me that has it then?? because it was just there by default when I got the digital ocean so I assumed that everyone else must have it too!! But I found no help at all on how to get silverstripe to work with it - only 1 really old blog saying to just turn off selinux but didn't say how. I managed to figure it out by reading lots of different websites & a lot of trial & error
well, if it is only me that has selinux & silverstripe then its of no use to other people!
I don't know if the lack of guides online are because noone has selinux or because the people that do don't use silverstripe - like the chicken & the egg!!
(replace nginx/www-data with the relevent web server user)
although you could do a
chown -R nginx/www-data /path/to/project
that might install a load of stuff with the wrong permissions
hmm, the only reason I could think of that would result in sonmething like that happening is if you upgraded using a user account that isn't in the nginx/www-data/apache group
