Haha yeah I know the feeling. At least can be easily managed by creating your own http://Security_lostpassword.ss though
Oh I see. I got confused by the form passing the data as 'Email'. It works if I ignore that and change the input field to a text field, not email
I have the same email used for different log ins, so can't have them input email to reset passwords for their account. Annoying I know, but it has to be done this way
Hi all, I'm trying to change the Member class so that I can log in with a different unique_identifier_field. I have created an extension to member which gives member the new variable and have set unique_identifier_field to that new variable . So now logging in works correctly. However I can't get the password reset links to work without changing the core code as LostPasswordHandler.php will always check for whether the email of the user has been entered not their unique_identifier_field. Can anyone help me with how to override this behaviour?
Hi all, how can I authenticate users with something other than email? Like a username, but still have their email their and have them able to reset their password with a reset link to that email?
Yeah once I thought about how it would need to be implemented I realized that. I was thinking about changing how it was stored, but then I would need to do the mapping on all the form inputs for it and it's not that important haha. I can just search for it
Thought that might be the case. Makes sense haha
If I just leave it without Nice() it is 0 or 1 and you can order by it. If it has Nice() then you can't order by it
Hi all, how can I have a checkboxfield in my data objects summary_field and still sortable by that field when I apply .Nice() to it?
